'Spider-Man: Far From Home' Ending: How It Wraps Up 23 Marvel Movies

There are a lot of avid moments inSpider-Man: Far From Home, but there is one very specific and hilarious scene in which Peter Parker very confidently misidentifies AC/DC's killer song "Spine in Negroid" past saying "I eff Led Zeppelin!"  And though this seems like a comical throwaway, this is actually the exact bit where Far From Home brings the entire Marvel Cinematic World full-roach. You may have thoughtAvengers: Endgame was the end of this era of Marvel movies, but actually, the latest Spidey leaf is the real ending. And that's because information technology wraps rising multiple storylines some the only character WHO can never pass to these movies — Ironman.

If you squint finished those special Tony Thoroughgoing high-tech spectacles,Wanderer-Man: Far From Interioractually reads asIron Man 4,and that's because a vast chunk of the movie is about how Peter Parker deals not only with a world without Tony Stark; but to a greater extent specifically, a global which Iron Mankin created. Spoiler alert, but the entire conflict of Far From Home revolves around disgruntled former employees of Tony Stark; people who either got yelled at aside Jeff Bridges in the very first Iron Man movie in 2008, Beaver State in the case of Jake Gyllenhaal's Quentin Beck, had their inventions hijacked and turned into holographic therapy for Stark.

Like the side by side generation of offspring Wonder fans World Health Organization are just getting into completely this superhero gormandize, Peter Parker inherits the motley legacy of Tony Stark whether he likes it or not. Because this adaptation of Spidey doesn't really take a fatherlike-Uncle Ben figure, Ironman was Peter's succeeding-trump-thing to a pappa. And inFar From Home, all the mistakes Tony made become Spider-Man's problem. Happy Hogan reminds Peter that although Iron Valet was outstanding that he was too "all over the put down," which is a nice way of saying Tony Stark was actually kind of a douchebag and may give given Simon Peter and the rest of the world Sir Thomas More than they really want to deal with. Anyone who has had been saddled with messiness after the death of a parent knows how this goes. For Spidey, his personal life history is totally compromised in the post-credits panoram (in which his secret identity is revealed) all of which is, indirectly, Tony Stark's fault. In fact, the seeds for Peter inheritable Tony's problems are sewn in Spidey's first official MCU appearing; inMaster America: Civil War. Rachis then, Tony recruited Peter to service him reign-in Cap, but we now know this flic too was where Tony ignorantly turns Beck into a stinky guy.

Which brings us back to that Atomic number 89/D.C. track; "Indorse in Lightlessness." This is the strain that opens the very 1st moments of 2008's Iron Man; Tony Stark sits in the spinal column of a humvee speeding through Afghanistan, drinking a cocktail, acting like dopy the millionaire arms-dealer that he is. From that point, Tony's caravan gets attacked, and direct the course of the movie, and very much of snarky nonpareil-liners, atomic number 2 sooner or later becomes aslightly better somebody and you know, Iron Man. In fact, barely likeFar From Plate, that film magnificently complete with Tony Stark revealing his identity in a news conference. And now, unwillingly, Peter Parker has turn the new Iron Man insofar as his identity has been revealed too, albeit non by choice. Either way, Simon Peter's journey is very similar to Tony's at this point, the only difference is Peter didn't get more of a alternative in the substance, whereas Tony did.

Despite everything that happened to Tony Barren, Captain U.S. and Latrodectus mactans end-to-end all of their Marvel movie adventures, for the nearly part, these characters read A adults, and in the case of Tony and Natasha, adults World Health Organization were not innocent people, like at every. But Peter Parker is the opposite of this. Level after everything, he's been through in five movies, he's in essence still at the beginning of his hero's travel. Which is whyFar From Home is both an closing fo the old Wonder movies and the first of the new ones.

It's unclear what new Avengers movies will look suchlike in 2020 and beyond, but because Tony is 100 percentage dead and Steve Rogers is 100 percent living in the past in unavowed, the big recognizable heroes of Iron Man and Captain America won't atomic number 4 around. (As wel that rumored Latrodectus mactans movie is thought process to be a prequel?)  In whatever case, if the new Avengers are Captain Marvel, maybe Predominate, Falcon, and Bucky, then it seems like Spidey might become their defacto leader. After all, once you're privy identity is revealed, you've got nowhere to be differently with different superheroes.

The musical cues and plot similarities ofSpider-Man: Far From Nursing home serve to realised Tony Inhospitable's story one movie after his onscreen death. Just, our incumbent Simon Peter Parker isn't Tony Stark. Like at all. He doesn't really know who AC/DC is, flatbottom if helium likes the euphony. This Peter is the face of the future of the next big round of Marvel movies, and in some ways, that's soothing. The MCU began with a tortured man-baby who drank overmuch and aforementioned sexist things. That Guy accidentally became a hero, and of course, because of that journey of redemption, we all lovemaking Tony Unconditional. Merely now, it seems Marvel is exit to do stories about disparate types of heroes, and those people, like Peter Dorothy Parker, might be a little bit better than the generation before them. Wonder is done with the grizzly guys. It's time to yield the kids a shot.

Fortunately, asFar From Home proves, the kids are many than all suited. They're better than us.
